You might be thinking of the SCIList (http://scilist.netfirms.com/) and not the SCIC Group (http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/scic/). The Spinal Cord Injury Caregivers Group has had over 20 messages just today when I checked. There are 304 members and was just placed as a Caregivers Link on the Christopher and Dana Reeve Paralysis Resource Center (PRC). This a program of the
