Hi Eric,

The stones that I had formed in the bladder and were calcium oxalate stones, which my Uro said was good because there was less chance of them reoccurring after the Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) treatment.  I drink a lot of straight water or green tea and water now, and keep my calcium intake down.

For those of you that mentioned having gallstones, did you have the stones removed or your gallbladder removed?  A friend of mine did this and it worked.
