No, but I could take some.  I won't be able to do it until tomorrow.  In the meantime, I can describe it.  It is just a piece of Lexan, which is a plastic like plexiglass only stronger and more flexible, with a hole on each end.  In each hole I put a small diameter nylon piece of rope.  I knot the rope on either side of the board so it doesn't slip out.  I tie the rope to my chair to keep the board from sliding out when I slide from chair to bed.  I'm sure you've seen the long white full body length slide boards hospitals use to slide a patient from, say, bed to gurney.  That's all it is.

I use a ceiling lift from Waverly Glen about half the time.  The other half I transfer lying flat with a body length slide board.
