I live in The Woodlands TX.  That pretty much describes it.  Trees  
block all structures from the roads.  No signs can be more than 5 ft  
tall.  Trees, trees & more trees!

2 blocks down the street is a shopping center.  It is hidden in the  
trees also.

Every structure must be wheelchair accessible.  There are accessible  
paths going to everywhere.
