Hi William, I know that Viagra or the like works for me but you will have to consult your doctor about the medicines you are on to see if there are complications there.
If the erectile drugs wont work for you, then there are other ways couples have to be intimate. You and your partner should have a talk and discuss what will work best. I can talk furthur on this but I dont know much about your situation. What injury level are you? Is your wife spinal cord injured as well? Were you married before your injury or after?
