I definitely agree that he probably died as a result of some complication to
an infection which was more than likely brought on or exacerbated by some
sort of experimental treatment.  Frankly I thought he was always in complete
denial and never got past that stage of recovery.  But, in many ways I am
thankful that he didn't because it put more emphasis and money on research.
