For those that are able to use a hand bike this is one of the better ways to help your gut. It keeps it in check. Not to mention, you're burning calories at the same time. Also, for those who have bowel routines once or twice a week. This will cause you to have a little more of a belly. The gasses/toxins are not able to escape.
