Opinion surveys are not often accurate. Most are simple tools to push an agenda 
where the poll is just another way to use numbers to back up a lie. You got to 
take them with a grain of salt even when they are trying to be accurate.

How can they do an "Opinion Survey" for all 50 states without 
asking disabled peoples' opinions?  Do they hire people (AB people) to go 
door-to-door?  They need this done before the next millenium.  Do you 
have a data bank of every disabled person in the US?  Why do you 
object?  You have a delete button on your keyboard.  Use 
it.
