Hi, I use a 24 french supra pubic too my urologist picked it because I had so
many probelems w/ my catheter before, he said it wouldn't clog as easy, but I
also use a silicone instead of latex i still get some uti's but not like before
at all..

With the condom cath I had UTIs near bi-monthly. Since the SP I had one in
the year since having the SP.

the Fr stands for French and is in millimeters which, in reality means
'circumference' as opposed to the way we Americans usually measure such things
by diameter. therefore 21 Fr = 7mm diameter (=0.27 inches).
