Gina, did the 24 french help reduce your UTI"S or using the Silicone??? I have
never tried silicone, only the latex but I have pretty much UTI trouble.

the Fr stands for French and is in millimeters which, in reality means
'circumference' as opposed to the way we Americans usually measure such things
by diameter. therefore 21 Fr = 7mm diameter (=0.27 inches).
