Subject: [QUAD-L] My chair repair, Again



They delivered my chair today, again, and for the second time it's not
right. The first time it was delivered the joystick functions were not
programmed to tilt/recline/etc. and the 4 way button only 2 of them worked.
So today all the 4 way buttons worked, tilt, recline, seat elevator,
legrests, but they never programmed the joystick to do the functions. He
said that the shop they sent something to set it to default. But of course
he doesn't realize that's why I sent the chair back and called them to
verify they would fix it. Oh plus the chair's seat tips forward pretty good
and from the back the top half of the chair tip slightly to one side. But
other than that it's fine.
