There is a company called audibles. There is a monthly fee of $9.95 . You pick out books and you buy them of course and it reads the book. It's pretty cool. My aid has all the twilight books on their. It's pretty cool to have the book read to you. You can also do computer at the same time while listening. You get points for how many you buy. Some books are several dollars up to $45. It depends on the size of the book I think. I was looking at the Bible and it was 35 or 40 for the new and Old Testament.
I also use my Dragon dictate program to read anything I type or copy from a website or whatever. I could also use my Dragon at the same time on the computer while the audible is running. The Sony has a model without touch but not in the larger size. I am not able to manipulate anything in bed unless voice-activated. Has anyone tried the Kindel, Sony or Barnes & Noble. They are all at Best Buy . The Sony will take any book while the Kindle you have to use Amazon and Barnes & Noble you could only use their books. I don't know how expensive the books are. If you buy from Best Buy you can get a service policy and it covers if they are broken. It's the only kind I would get because my things are often dropped. The service plans are invaluable to me. I bought a Plantronics Voyager earpiece unit has been replaced three times in one year. They gave me the websites to look up books for each brand, but I have not done. I do think you can download the books to your computer also. Dana audible.com
