Yes, many quads have Syringomyelia---i was diagnossed in about 1999 but doctors 
here in St.louis said they will not touch it unless I lose the function that I 
currently have. They told Ron-- another missouri quad the same thing. ( it is 
very dangerous and risky and sometimes the surgury does not help )   Dan H.

I was diagnosed with a syrinx in 1995, never had surgery. Why dose your Doctor
