Tomorrow the nurse is coming. We get along great so I am planning on talking to her about the situation.
I now have the wheelchair set up for the speech machine to go on easily. As far as transferring goes I use a board. She helps by standing in front of me with her foot between my legs. Basically it is a slide over from chair to bed. Most times I can manage it alone. But the afternoon bed time requires watching if some help. Thank everyone for your answers.
