Sweating is always a symptom of pain for me, bowel, bladder/kidney, sores. I never sweat when hot, nor when going through menopause. I usually try to rule out every possible cause of pain, one thing at a time.
Btw ... I sleep on my stomach. On the rare occasion that I lay on my back for any length of time, I sweat. Just my experience. Obviously, you may not actually feel it, but your body does (auto.dysreflx.) Could be anything from a bent toe to uti. I've had rounds of it for several days and never figured out the cause. I do know that ditropan helps me a great deal. One of the most common causes is bladder spasms.
