Not to knock any city or even this magazine, but I'm curious how any city that 
gets tons of snow can be in the top ten. I suppose they could have amazing 
access, you just can't get to it half the year. Clearly I'll need to read it 
for their judging criteria.  :)

PS. I grew up in WI and now live in AZ. I do know about snow.
