1. How did you get there?
2. Was family there with you?
3. How long were you in the hospital?
4. How long were you in Rehab
5. When you went home, were there minor or major conversions necessary?
6. Did you go straight home or a nursing home first?
7. What was your home waiting for you doable medical equipment wise?
8. How many of your "friends" were there to be by your side?
9. How many siblings do you have to help you out when you first got home?
10. Did you feel you had enough rehab or did you go on to outpatient rehab?
