When you all went to
Rehab;
1. How did you get there? Helicopter
2. Was family there with you?yes
3. How long were you in the hospital? between hospital and rehab 5 months
4. How long were you in Rehab
5. When you went home, were there minor or major conversions necessary? Just
ramps and widen a door
6. Did you go straight home or a nursing home first? home
7. What was your home waiting for you doable medical equipment wise? just a
hospital bed
8. How many of your "friends" were there to be by your side? one, I wanted to
adjust to things
9. How many siblings do you have to help you out when you first got home? none
10. Did you feel you had enough rehab or did you go on to outpatient rehab? I
had enough.
