What happens with pain meds is your body gets addicted to the drug, then you don't know the difference between the real pain and the withdrawal...........its a bad situation to get in, but a lot of people have no choice. The same amount of any pain med will never be enough over the period of yrs or decades. I almost think marijuana for pain is a better, less damaging route, but has a stigma attached to it.
