[QUAD-L] Hands-free telephone

I am a new subscriber to Quad-List & and I need y'alls help desperately. I am a 
high-level quadriplegic without a telephone. I hear good things about the 
Samsung galaxy. Is it truly hands-free? If not, is there such a critter out 
there?
