I have used the Ferticare Personal for many years now. It is based on similar technology. It has worked very well for me.
I am C 5 – 6 complete, with basically no traditional tactile sensation down below. Erections are only touch triggered and short lasting. This industrial grade vibrator change all of that. It's a regular part of my solo play and occasionally during sex with my wife. I can regularly get orgasm and cum (they are not necessarily the same thing). The vibrator's settings, they adjust both the rate and intensity of vibration, can be very intense and not appropriate or pleasurable with areas with full sensation. Its website makes it seem very clinical and focused on fertility assistance. It can definitely help out. Two of our four sons had this helping hand. However, we used it entirely at home, never had any doctors office training, and made it just one part of our sex play, not the central aspect of our hopes to conceive. Another thing that doesn't get fully explained is that it can be, or at least was for me, a way to explore just what my body can do. Being able to test different things in different ways and doing it often enough to notice subtle effects and reactions, helped me realize I can do a lot more sexually than I was led to believe in rehab. I can sense something some things below my injury line and there are autonomic reactions above my injury line that are pleasurable, and the rush from a full on climax is mind blowing. My device is getting old and doesn't seem to be quite as effective lately. It might be the vibrator and it might be me age wise, coming up on 50, or due to medications, or that I am 30 years post injury, etc. So I think it is time for me to try something new.
