I'm on my 2nd one. The 1st one Worked very well for a couple of years, it was a Genesis deluxe made by roscoe medical. But, it stopped holding air after a couple of years. I bought it on Amazon for about $350.
I bought another one, an Invacare microAIR on eBay. Been using it for about a month. It also works very well, a lot more settings/options. The only downside, it is quite a bit louder than the Genesis deluxe.
