After 6 years in court, my accident was determined to be "In the line of duty". Anything item that pertains to my disability I submit and they review it and either send me a check or a rejection letter. Since they bought me one in 2001 it was east to justify the need in 15. I will let everybody know how this bed performs. My old one hasn't given me any sores yet. I love the adjustable head to watch t.v. and the adjustable legs to help with feet swelling. The original idea of memory foam was thought of from Sweden for use by NASA .
