If your breathing and/or cardiovascular system has been affected, diminished
due to your disability, then it happened because you aren't breathing while
eating. Try eating more slowly or take a couple bites and then take a break or
eat while you are tipped back.

while eating, but I do have the problem occasionally. Usually when I'm eating
something that is really chewy. I find if I recline in the wheelchair for a
couple minutes my blood pressure goes back up and I can resume eating. That
probably isn't of any help to you but that is the only thing I have found
