When I broke the hard disk in my PC my dad went spare (mad). I had only 
had it 6 months and had broken it and every time he had to rectify the 
damage. He eventually said 'Break it again and you fix it'. Suffice to 
say he didn't mean it but I got the hint and I got a lot better at not 
breaking stuff, but still played around.

It might help to explain thoroughly what all the system files do, where 
to back them up and why deleting them breaks stuff. Once I know this I 
break OSs a lot less.
