Hello: After a morning of trial and error, the only monitor I can get to work with this card is:
#M0401, Apple Color High Resolution RGB Monitor, (Circa July 1990) This is no news, since the card is design for 13" tubes. What I want is to get this to work with either a Diamond Pro 87TXM, or a #M4436, Apple Multiple Scan 1705 Display (Circe December 1995). Will report back later. Thanks to all those who replied.
