Performa 630CD

I have a Performa 630CD. I want to know how can I make Power PC programs run 
on it? I can't update my mac for two reasons: $$$ and my mac wont take the 
Power PC upgrade card. When I try to run Power PC programs, I get an error 
-192.  Thanx for any help!
