I saw this item <http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2758932544&category=4610> while browsing Ebay. The seller claims that it's for a II, LC or SE, but that sure looks like a Quadra PDS connector on the bottom of the board. The thing is, I can't figure out why one would put a 68040 upgrade in a Quadra. That's clearly a 68040 chip on the upgrade card.

Does anyone remember this thing? What's the scoop?
