OK, now we see that the computer would NOT START if no battery, so it
is seeing the battery.
Looks like the clock IC may be bad or ??
Do NOT make the issue so hard - just use it and see if the time changes
and then shut down - but do not unplug.
Count to 5 and restart- what is the clock doing now?
Any other issue you have noted?
