[q] need to go with some networking cards for two quadras and one G3 supermac C-500

Ok, rather than get too complicated with Netatalk, the open source unix 
based program, I thought it would be easier to go with old fashioned 
apple talk and some scsi cables, although it appears I have some 
ethernet ports on the two quadras.

What would be the best way to proceed and who would suggest what NIC 
(network interface cards) would be best to try and find on LEM or ebay?
