I found a good selection of the older browsers at http://browsers.evolt.org/ and ended up choosing MSIE v4.01 for my OS 8.1 equipped Q700. It was not fast, but it seemed to load about everything I tried it on, eventually. Cyberdog and iCab worked pretty well also.
I also need a place to download it from.
Now, since I have built in ethernet, or at least an ethernet aaui that i can transform to ethernet, I should be able to install NetBSD directly with my high speed connection.
But, if it is not brain dead simple on how to do all this, please let me know.
