I use copper.net. Been very reliable, works with anything local numbers for a lot of even small towns. It is $10/Month and I think if you buy a year it is $8/months. I think you go with it and use me as a referral I get a free month.


I have used it with Linux, Be, Windows, and of course Mac, even my Quadra.
