Steve, It's the Seirra one modified. I think it explains how in the manual. I can dig it out if you need. QSC do sell modified ones with proper nipples on the ends.
Don't know how easy it will be without removing diff. Not very easy on your back underneath the car! May be easier if you can get it up in the air.
