I had something similar on my saloon.

Ford oil pressure switches have a tiny breather hole in the top of them, 
next to the connector.

Sometimes the switch goes faulty, and oil leaks from this tiny hole in 
the top.  It's surprising how far this oil can spread; when mine went on 
the run to Stoneleigh one year, it covered the entire bottom of the car 
in oil.

The only solution is replacement of the switch.
