Tyre sizes sound ok but I wouldn't recommend the tyre sealant route. I've had it on several Tin tops. The honda stuff was £40 odd quid for a replacement and once used, the tyre is scrap, so you have that cost as well. The Q boot is huge and easily swallows up either a space saver or standard wheel, tools, spare parts etc as well as lots of luggage, so in my opinion, I'd stick to a wheel.

Hi sorry should be 185/60/14 on rear and 185/55/14 on front. Chassis
no is 119. Can is maybe a good idea as I like the big boot and it's a
shame to fill it with a big alloy.

Car is definitely too low at front and I can see rubbing marks on
driver's side driveshaft where it contacts the bodywork on a bad bump.
(slow speed with some lock i.e. leaving a raised pedestrian crossing)

Hi,
Welcome to Quantum ownership.
What chassis number do you have? someone on here may have owned it or even
built it and can lead you in the right direction.

195x80??? must be a misprint surely?

Subject: [Quantum Owners] new saloon owner asking for advice

Hi there just bought a Quantum Mk2 saloon, it was originally built as
a 1600 diesel now as an 1800 diesel. The driveshafts are occasionally
contacting the bodywork, I understand that some saloons needed spacers
as they sat too low, what am I looking for exactly? Or might I have
the wrong springs?

Also I have an electric sunroof which leaks badly, I am right to
assume this is from a mk3 fiesta and are the seals still available? I
am not sure if the saloon has drain holes as I can't see any.

Lastly, I have 14 inch alloys and 195x80 tyres, which space saver
wheel should I have?
