Those fold out ones look pretty good!

I have LED brake lights, but normal filament tail lights. As brake lights I
would say they are at least as good as filament bulbs in my case. One LED
bulb has a tiny transmitter in which activates my wireless high level brake
light.

The high level light needs batteries every couple of months, but at least
the brake lights are no longer only at floor level :-)
