I had a similar problem with BT / Yahoo mail.
A regular e-mail newsletter suddenly stopped comming through to me Outlook
Inbox on my Laptop.
I found the missing e-mail in the Junk E-mail folder on Yahoo when I signed
in to the central service.
I moved the e-mails to the Inbox on the central service and have been
receiving the newsletter on my Laptop ever since. I think this effectly
re-categorises the sender as a valid source.

Talk trash folder and never get downloaded with my other emails, even
though they are from the Google group. All post from other people come
through ok. I haven't managed to figure it out.
