Basically....
Go to the yahoo.com website and
Select e-mail service
Enter the first half of your e-mail address (up until the @) and select
btinternet.com
Enter your e-mail password.
If you can't remember your password select the forgot password option and
follow the prompts.
Once you have loged in select the SPAM folder and see what e-mails have been
blocked.
Moving blocked items to your INBOX (on yahoo.com) seems to unblock future
sender's e-mail
Alternatively, you can select the e-mail item and then select the NOT SPAM
button towards the top of the display
You can then go to your Outlook E-mail Inbox and select Send / Receive to
get the unblocked e-mails on your PC
Remember to check your Junk e-mail folder on your PC as well - just in
case....
