Oh, no - I wasn't going to start on IGS support, just the ability to
import UGF files. Sorry :)

But to answer the question in spirit even though it doesn't apply to
what you thought it did, I'm going to get my info about the file format
from the GPLed version of gGo - the other UGF converters I've tried in
the past (ugf2sgf.py, ugf2sgf.rb) don't get the commentary and the full
tree, only the moves along the trunk path.
