You can do this if you're making a visualization (New From Template -
> Visualization) -- it'll provide inputs that iTunes will fill in
when run inside iTunes. Outside of iTunes, you'll need something
like SoundFlower (http://www.cycling74.com/products/soundflower) to
capture audio output for use as an input (I've not tried this, and
don't know if it works, but it's the closest thing I've been able to
find)
