Cool. I didn't know I could do that. I'm looking for a way to have
the composition look at whatever iTunes is outputting... software wise.

You can do this if you're making a visualization (New From Template

Visualization) -- it'll provide inputs that iTunes will fill in
when run
inside iTunes. Outside of iTunes, you'll need something like
SoundFlower

output for
use as an input (I've not tried this, and don't know if it works,
but it's
