Hi, I'm fairly new to the whole Quartz Composer world, and working on my first serious project, which unfortunately requires using QC2.
The project involves switching out images, and the Image Downloader patch in QC2 is giving me grief. The 'Synchronous Download' option in QC3 nicely (and in an inline fashion) prevents the composition from continuing until the next image is loaded, but I have no such option in QC2. As the images are also timed with an animation, it shows an obvious visual glitch for a few tenths of a second. A workaround for this issue in QC2, or strategies for approaching the whole problem, would be appreciated. (I suspect that I should be keying the animation off the loading of all the images each time but I can't wrap my head around how to do that cleanly.)
