I've been wondering if AppleTVs are an option for this sort of thing. Price less than a mini and Component out is attractive. Did you have to do mods on AppleTV do they run full OS X. I rang Apple once and they couldn't tell me about non standard use. Please expand re QC playback. Is graphics card faster for Video than Maca Mini also?
