Can anyone confirm this regression, or suggest a way I can make the letterboxes black again?
Tested on Nvidia 8600GT / 10.6.1, letterboxes are black, not white. are you on 10.6.0, perhaps? Any other details?
As for a workaround, you could use a clear patch, and then render in image with the appropriate aspect, and place that on a billboard sized accordingly.. kinda lame though :/
