Yeah, I ran into this problem with the OpenGL third party plugins after I upgraded to Snow Leopard.

I've seen plugins corrupt QC's state so that things like this start malfunctioning from that point on. If you ever see a plugin that starts making the "checker background" in the Viewer look the wrong shade, or this has happened during a session, things like exports start acting unpredictably, even if things "look ok" at the moment. This has happened to me when doing "glitch" type activities.

Seems to work for me -- can you do some further testing to see what circumstances change the behavior?
