Hi Rick,

sometimes QC mess up a certain Input Splitter and its connection and then I 
have to delete and rebuild all the connection from and to this Input Splitter.

But most of the time it is my fault ;-) If the patch in question isn't 
calculated at all (because its output value isn't needed for the rendering) 
then the inputs don't change either. Check this by switching to the Debug-Mode 
while rendering and you can see if the patch is flashing or not.
