This may help to get two cams working: open in 32 bit. If one of the cams is 
inactive, go to settings and start toggling patch settings-this usually brings 
it online. This may work in 64 bit, but I don't think so.

I wrote a patch as a test, and there doesn't seem to be a problem addressing 
two different cams inherently, or at least I didn't see it in my case. It 
appears to just be a bug with the apple patch. So, I guess you could work 
around it as well either way.
