Should a subpatch be able to respond to GL_COLOR Matrix, in QC? I'm assuming
that the currently chosen color on a rendering patch should be able to be
multiplied by the GL_COLOR Matrix.

I've done this with texture and transform and had it work fine, but it
doesn't seem to work with color correctly (or I've made a typo in my code).
Has anyone seen any problems with this before, or had it working?
