Hey Tobias,

I do not know unfortunately what you are referring to?

I mean the objective is to convert the markdown documentation to rst asap

Unfortunately it did not work out out of the box, due to docutils niceties.

background: I refuse to publish my regular-expressions-monster-convert script.

I had to write a new one using docutils, as it should be.

Status as now is:

there are some minor fixes to be dealt with, such as container for video-tours directive, registering of doc and ref roles

and a directive for strike through handling, so that the conversion can be done with minor headaches by the qubes os team

(hint: I just pushed master branch on qubes-translation-utilz where the current status can be feared :) )

Regarding translation as a whole: Michael suggested weblate, as tails have experience with it and it seems very nice as OS alternative to transifex.
Once there are further infos on that will summarize and write.

Do you mean that or smth else I forget to mention here?

All the best,
m

Hi, m,

thank you for all the work!

As far as I can remember, you talked with Marek about i18n and l10n on the Qubes OS summit 2022. Could you (or Marek) please give us a summary of the results of those talks?

Thank you!
Tobias
