While your requests can be understood, the result will be poor, because anybody has a copy of the messages sent here and users can post without actual registration. "Banning" somebody will likely not have any practical effect. The best result as always on the internet is to just ignore people overreacting, aka drop the conversation entirely on the spot, without turning back or announcing "I'm gonna leave the conversation now" or anything else like that.
